Heart of the Rainforest CD, by Primal Instinct

This is truly one of my all-time favorite serene mood CD’s. I bought this in a gift shop at Yosemite National Park many years ago. I often listen to it when I commute home from work to both settle and uplift me.  Unfortunately, it seems to be the only CD Primal Instinct ever made, making this one even more of a treasure.

The music is light and inspiring, but upbeat and energizing, and when I listen to it in the car, it awakens my inner awareness, yet keeps me alert and connected to the world.
